Our dangerously delicious butter is a culinary delight that disappears faster than you can say "yum." With a shelf life of up to two weeks in the fridge, although it rarely lasts that long, this recipe is super easy, irresistibly tasty, and guaranteed fun. Because that's what we're all about.



  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter

  • Squeeze of Mr. Olio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 7-8 anchovies, minced and smushed into paste

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp za’atar 



STEP 1. Cut the anchovies up and smush until a paste consistency.

STEP 2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix.

STEP 3. Add more small drizzles of Olive oil if too thick, but mix till desired consistency. 
STEP 4. Add to some fresh or toasted bread for perfection!
