BURRATA ZUCCHINI TOAST
Simple Italian-Inspired Burrata Zucchini Toast

INGREDIENTS
- Mr. Olio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Burrata
- Zucchini
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic
- Sourdough Bread
METHOD
STEP 1:
Slice the zucchini into thin slices.

STEP 2:
Toast two slices of fresh sourdough bread on the pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, remove once golden and crisp on both sides of the bread.
STEP 3:
Add the sliced zucchini to the same pan, squeeze in some more Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cook zucchini on a low-medium heat until it's almost caramelised and has a crisp/golden appearance.

Once Done, add the zucchini to the toast, drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the zucchini, add desired amount of burrata on top (for us it's ALL the burrata), add a pinch of salt/pepper and then finish with a big ol' squeeze of Mr. Olio Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
STEP 5.
Eat That Snack.
