  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 2 tbls tomato paste
  • 200g mutti pulp
  • Mr. Olio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Handful of capers
  • 1 Handful of dried spaghettini



STEP 1. Sweat garlic & chilli until soft in olive oil

STEP 2. Add tomato paste & pulp cook down for 10 minutes

STEP 3. Add pasta to pan carefully then add about 1L of water

STEP 4. Cook down until reduced, you'll need to pay close attention toward the end and add water in increments.

STEP 4. Fry capers separately & Add in

STEP 4. Dig in!
