Aglio e Olio Pasta... But better!

Lowkey takes me straight back to being a kid, smashing buttery pasta with garlic… except now we’re older, wiser, and levelling it way up with Pasta Pronto – Aglio e Olio style 🌶️🧄
Simple ingredients. One pan. Big flavour. No unnecessary nonsense.
This is the kind of pasta you make when you want something comforting but still a little bit sexy.
What You’ll Need
- @its.olio 'Pasta Pronto' Aglio e Olio Seasoning
- Spaghetti
- Anchovies
- Extra virgin olive oil (you already know which one 😉)
- A knob of butter
- Burrata
- Pangrattato
Method:
Start by heating a pan with a splash of olive oil.
Add the anchovies and let them gently fry until they melt away into salty, savoury goodness.
Once they’ve disappeared, add a heaped teaspoon of Pasta Pronto and let it bloom in the oil. This is where the magic starts.
Toss in your cooked spaghetti with a knob of butter and a splash of pasta water.
Stir it all together until the pasta turns glossy, silky, and borderline irresistible.
Finish it off with:
- Burrata (because life’s too short)
- A sprinkle of pangrattato for crunch
- One last hit of Pasta Pronto, just for good measure
