This is a timeless classic from Naples that translates literally to garlic and oil. It is simple, delicious and designed to celebrate the beauty of premium olive oil. Pronounced ah leeoh eh oh leeoh.

Cook your pasta and drain it. Drizzle a healthy and unapologetic amount of Mr Olio on top, then sprinkle a heaped tablespoon of Pasta Pronto per serve. Give it a good mix and enjoy. Add a little extra on top if you want that crunchy, naughty texture or a more intense taste.

Sprinkle over roasted veggies for a flavour boost, bake into fresh focaccia or shake over pizza. Honestly, if a dish needs a garlicky kick, Pasta Pronto is ready to go.
