Harvested in June 2026 and third-party lab tested two months later for accuracy. Our extra virgin olive oil delivers a polyphenol count of 554, crafted from Frantoio olives grown in the Fleurieu Peninsula. We then infused with Garlic & Oregano.

Uses

Drizzle him over roasted potatoes, pestos, eggs, seafood pasta, bruschetta and more. For the perfect lazy garlic bread, simply drizzle and dunk toasted sourdough. He is also a game changer for salad dressings or anywhere you crave that irresistible garlic kick.
