Our 2026 Rocket Fuel Olio Novello is made from our Coratina olives, picked early and pressed right away to capture unbeatable health benefits and flavour. Last year sold out very quick, don't miss out.

Aroma: Bright and lively, featuring delicate hints of spring herbs and wild field nettles.

Palate: Arugula, radicchio and bitter leafy greens, with an intense and long-lasting white pepper pungency that transitions from the palate to the throat and a slight astringency.

Enjoy With: This robust style of olive oil pairs beautifully with hearty Italian winter dishes or shines on its own as a bold and flavourful dipping oil. Best enjoyed with loved ones asap!

Harvest

This harvest had it's ups and downs, we didn't get as much oil as we would have loved, so there will be a smaller amount of Novello available.

Coratina olives, picked early whilst bright green, 100% from the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.
